Scope of this policy

This policy covers the public website at myronchem.lol, which acts as a register front desk for MKronChem. It does not govern later written contracts signed between a client and MK MIRACLE INDUSTRY CO., LIMITED, because those contracts carry their own data terms. Where this policy differs from an individual contract, the contract governs that specific engagement.

The policy states what the owner does with personal details such as a name, an email address, a telephone number and the content of an enquiry message. It also sets out the limited logs that a website creates by its normal operation. Nothing in this document creates rights that exceed those given by the applicable privacy law of Hong Kong or of the jurisdiction where a data subject resides.

What data the register holds

The register desk holds only the data that a visitor chooses to send. A typical enquiry contains the name, the email address, a subject and the message text written by the visitor. When details are shared

Personal details are shared only when the work demands it and to the smallest extent. A courier needs a delivery name and address to carry a sample. A contract manufacturer that the Company engages for overflow capacity might receive a product reference without the client identity. A tax or customs authority may lawfully request shipment records for an export.

Each such sharing is limited to the record needed for that transaction. Any processor engaged is required to hold the data to an equivalent standard and to return or delete it on request.

Cookies and site records

Rights of the data subject

A person whose details are held has the rights given by the governing law, which commonly include the right to see the data held, to ask for a correction, to request deletion where no legal duty keeps the record and to object to processing for direct marketing.
